We arrived on a Sunday evening and were delighted to find the night markets right on our doorstep; an incredible way to spend our first night in Thailand. Nathan was fantastic, warmly welcoming us, helping us get oriented, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish décor and a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel at home straight away. Our room was cozy, spotless, and extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Maii, who kept the room impeccably clean throughout our stay, it was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Town, with plenty of fantastic bars, restaurants, markets, and shops all within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Personally really loved this place. There was a wonderful colonial vibe with some interesting decor. Each room had a slightly different theme. Fantastic location, right in the heart of old town Phuket. Some pleasant lounge and occasional seating areas where our two room group gathered for pre drinks and conversation. The link to the famous Leonardo di Caprio film is not mentioned but it’s nice to know that the hotel featured in the movie. Specifically room 204 I believe! Fantastic value too. A nice welcome from the staff on arrival.

Stayed in old town for three nights at the On On. Feels like you are transported back into time. Love the decor and charm the hotel has. The staff are attentive and kind especially Alan and Gambeer. We stayed in 204 the Leo room and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable for our stay. Close by to everything walking distance. 45-50 min drive to beaches

Unbelievable service from the moment we arrived. Cold towels and rose tea, a comfortable and beautifully decorated waiting room while they did our paperwork, and such gorgeous smiles from the staff. They showed us to our room and were so excited to see our reaction to what awaited. It was our anniversary and they went all out to decorate with fresh petals and Sean’s and such a lovely card. SO thoughtful. Pisa did the decorating and the whole staff catered to our every need. Nathan stood out to us as a true gem. Clearly he loves his job and takes pride in it. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering to book us excursions and recommending things to see and do. His smile in infectious! The room was small but had everything we needed. A/c was cold, shower had amazing pressure and beds were comfortable. You cannot beat this location. It is in the heart of it all. Staying on a Sunday nights that when the market is on was such a treat. Easy to bop back for an air conditioned rest! Highly recommend this hotel. Truly SO beautiful.

I stayed here in January 2026 during a spontaneous solo trip to Phuket and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is located right in Phuket Old Town, with cafés, restaurants, and small shops just steps away. A 7-Eleven is only a few minutes’ walk, and it took me about 20 minutes to walk to the airport bus stop after check-out. The staff were very warm and friendly, and the waiting area even offers complimentary snacks, which was a really nice touch. The hotel has a beautiful Baba Nyonya–style design—very clean, full of character, and great for photos. The room size was perfect for a solo traveler, comfortable and well-maintained, with a modern bathroom and free drinks in the minibar. Considering the location and quality, it offers great value and is an excellent choice for solo travelers or anyone who enjoys the charm of Phuket Old Town.
