⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sugar Club Phuket was absolutely phenomenal and one of the highlights of our entire trip! We happened to be there for DJ Bisi's birthday celebration and it was a complete vibe from start to finish. It was hip hop night mixed with dancehall and afrobeats — some tracks played straight, others mixed over in a way that had you stopping mid-conversation like "oh shhhh🤫!" and vibing even harder. The energy in that place was unmatched. What really blew us away was that everyone knew every single American song. The crowd was so friendly and welcoming — you would never feel out of place. The service was amazing, shoutout to Ann who was absolutely lovely! Now let's talk prices because this is where it gets crazy — shisha (hookah) is only $30 USD with UNLIMITED refills. You are not getting that back home, period. And a bottle for $120 USD?? My girls and I had the time of our lives lol. If you're in Phuket, Sugar Club is a non-negotiable night out! And ladies are free til midnight 🎶🥂

The famous Sugar Club on Bangla Road delivers a high-end club experience with strong performances, professional organization, and a clearly premium concept. We arrived early, around 10:00 PM on a Saturday, and had the opportunity to use a standing table for free at the beginning. I was very grateful for that, as normally tables and even standing tables are part of the bottle service concept. We spent around 1.5 to 2 hours inside and had a very good time. Later, we were politely asked by staff to leave the area close to the dance floor as the table was taken, which was completely understandable and handled professionally. The club is spread over two levels, which is a big plus. The lower level is focused on the main dance floor and performances, while the upper level offers additional seating and a more relaxed overview of the action below. There is also a terrace area at the back, mainly used for smoking, with a great view over Bangla Road—this is a really nice touch and a good escape from the crowd and noise inside. The performances were a highlight. The dancers were engaging, energetic, and professional, with good choreography and stage presence. Security is very visible and well-organized, keeping the dance floor from being overcrowded. Entry control is strict but professional: if you look under 25, be prepared to show your passport, and there is a body check. Everything was done efficiently and respectfully. We entered early, so there was no long queue. The menu clearly reflects the club’s premium positioning. Bottle service is the core concept, with different price categories depending on location and exclusivity. I attach the updated menu, it shows a wide selection of spirits (including Don Julio, Grey Goose, Macallan, Glenmorangie, JW Black/Blue Label, Hennessy, and more), classic cocktails, shooters, mixers, champagne (Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon), wine, and beers. Prices are higher than average, but this matches the fame, ambience, staffing level, and overall production value. Food options are available and mainly designed for sharing and snacking—items like French fries, chicken nuggets, spring rolls, samosas, chicken wings, nuts platters, and fruit platters. This fits the club concept well and is practical if you are staying longer with bottle service. The main reason for the 4-star rating is the limited dance floor space. There are quite a lot of standing tables, which reduces room to move. While security manages this well, it can still feel tight when the club is full. This is also clearly visible in the photos and videos. Overall, Sugar Club offers strong performances, a well-executed premium concept, professional staff, excellent security, a two-level layout with a nice terrace, and a broad, transparent menu. If you are prepared for higher prices and a bottle-service-focused experience, it is absolutely worth visiting. A very good night out 4 stars due to the limited dance floor space.

My first Time to this Hip Hop live music and dance club. The entry fees is 300THB which you can use inside to buy drinks from the menu. The options in the menu were limited. The hip hop music was great and lively. All staff members were quiet Professional and respectful. I would suggest to Give it a try once specially if you are into hip hop music.

If you are looking for the best urban music experience in Patong, Sugar Club is the absolute destination. Located right on the bustling Bangla Road, it is widely recognized as the premier hip-hop and R&B club in Phuket. We visited in January 2026, and the energy was electric. Entertainment & Vibe: The club features world-class live music and top DJs spinning the latest hits. The atmosphere is elevated by incredible live dancers and a massive LED screen outside that adds to the party vibes. Unlike many other spots, Sugar is dedicated 365 days a year to hip-hop, making it a "must-visit" for fans of the genre. The venue is crowded but clean, with a modern interior and a powerful sound system that keeps the party over full night. Accessibility & Amenities: The club is well-connected and easy to find thanks to its iconic neon entrance. It is surrounded by massage centers, restaurants, and street food options, so you can grab a bite before or after your night out. Since Patong Beach is nearby and walkable, it’s a great central hub. For transport, you can easily find a Tuk-tuk or book an online cab right outside. For Families: While the club itself is strictly for adults, the area is safe enough that families can have just a walk from outside to enjoy the street performances and the vibrant lights of Bangla Road before the late-night clubbing starts. Pro Tip: Check for their "free entry" promotions or "all-you-can-drink" packages to get the best value!

We were looking for a big club on Bangla Road to enjoy the night, and we ended up choosing Sugar, a well-known and recommended club in Phuket. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a disappointment. The waiting line was reasonable (around 15 minutes), but once inside, it was almost impossible to move around. The club has two floors: the first one is meant for performances and the dance floor, but there are far too many tables, which take up most of the space. The distance between the tables and the stage is very small, making it hard to really enjoy the atmosphere. The message is clear: either you take a table or you don’t belong on the dance floor. Upstairs, the vibe is a bit different. You can sit on couches with a nice view of the stage, which is a good option if you’re willing to spend money on a table and drinks. However, if you’re looking for a place to dance freely and have at least some conversation, this is definitely not the right spot.
