We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and immaculate, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding staff. The reception team gave us the warmest welcome, making check-in seamless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.A huge shoutout to the bar staff as well! The bartenders are true mixologists who serve up incredible, high-quality drinks with fantastic energy. The atmosphere at the bar was a highlight of our trip.Exceptional service like this is rare. We cannot wait to return! Many Thanks ( Nike, Nammi, Bell,Aon Pop,Tammy and Pim)

This was my first ever hostel to stay in so I was definitely nervous initially to see what it would really be like especially the cleanliness. Let me say I was greatly impressed and thankful that it was a very decent stay! They do a great job keeping it clean. The bedding was good and clean and the showers were pretty clean and water is hot which was great. I was only there for two nights and on the go so I didn’t participate in the community/ group activities but it did seem as though it was a great time. The pool, bar and lounge area is very nice. I would definitely come back here if I’m by myself or with a friend or even my husband. Definitely expect to hear people coming and going. If you want an undisturbed night then don’t stay in a hostel lol. But honestly I would say that I slept fine and it’s to be expected that people will come and go out of rooms or the rooms next to you. They closed the active a pool area down at 10pm at least the two weekend days I was there. I wish they would have kept it open longer. Other wise I highly recommend if your looking for convenient location with a good quality stay fora hostel

Best place to stay for international young tourists. Place has amazing vibe, so many activities in the lobby area to keep you busy. They have open gym, bouldering wall, table tennis, pool table, swimming pool and an amazing cafe right beside the pool. Service is too good. Location is just the best, you have 3 seven-11 next to Lubd, and it’s just few steps away from Patong beach!! This is definitely my permanent stay place every-time i visit Phuket henceforth.

Our stay at Lub d Patong was a very positive experience overall. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and the first thing that stood out was how clean and well maintained everything was. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the washrooms were consistently neat, which really matters when you are staying in a dorm. The common areas were another highlight. The lounges had a nice, relaxed vibe and were great for meeting people or just unwinding. The pool area was well kept and fun to spend time around, without ever feeling too crowded or noisy. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise. The food and fresh juices were genuinely good and convenient, especially after a long day of exploring. It did not feel like typical hostel food at all. We did have a grievance during our stay due to an issue that came up, but the way the management handled it made a big difference. They were attentive, supportive, and even offered compensation. That level of hospitality and care really stood out and made us feel valued. I would happily recommend Lub d Patong to other travellers.

Really a 10/10. Pretty facilities. The mixed rooms have big closets and a hanging rod. The bunk beds are made of concrete so you get max privacy and silence, curtain closes perfectly, the bed has a personal storage box. Bathroom could be cleaner but everything worked well. I wish they vaccumed the floor more but they made your bed everyday. Pool area is great, pool table is free. Breakfast is good. Rooms are quite and have a balcony! Great to dry your beach stuff etc.
