This club is both GREAT and somewhat disapointing at the same time! The good news is that the cons are both avoidable, and outweighed by the many pros. Overall Illuzion is doing things RIGHT 👍💪 Many of the staff appear quite frankly overworked, bit stressed, tired and they tend to be abrupt and unfriendly at best, rude and aggressive at worst. Not all, but sadly many. The guys serving behind the bars are good, but again, totally understaffed leading to long wait times which kill the experience of ordering and enjoying a great cocktale. The security guards are actually quite good at the escalator, yet at the same time overly aggressive and sometimes pick fights, we even saw one guard get physical and hit a guest in the chest/ throat! Not sure "why", but it appeared to be an argument over coming back in the club and having to pay again and the guest was upset but did not get physical, just got loud. Really not cool. The guards sometimes escalate when totally not necessary and probably need better training. The DJs are AMAZING! The club is huge and always has a great vibe, the dance floor is always rocking! And there are plenty of public spaces both below and above in the balconies to take it all in and enjoy. The lights, the dancers both on stage and hanging from the rafters are breathtaking! Price wise it is a little on the expensive side, yet much better than most alternatives.

I visited Illuzion a few days ago and had a really great time. The crown-themed setup immediately stands out, it gives the place a slightly royal, premium feel without being too over-the-top. The vibe is lively yet comfortable, perfect for both chilling with friends and enjoying a night out. The music was on point, creating just the right energy without being overwhelming. As for the drinks, they were well-crafted and balanced, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, Illuzion offers a solid mix of ambiance, aesthetic, and quality drinks, definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a stylish and fun night out. Undoubtedly the best club in the whole of Phuket. We went there all our nights that we were in Phuket. They house all the top artists, the crowd is the best, prices are above average but that's okay to keep the crowd filtered. They even have cloakroom to store your valuables or umbrellas or anything, safely.

Absolutely shit behaviour of security staff at entrance. Inappropriate touching women when checking bags; and when I objected a Thai man showed aggression and waved hand at me to move away. Train your staff better so quality people who spend money can come to party especially women. Rather having lousy men crowding the club and making it uncomfortable for women to stay or dance. I tried again to enter after disposing water bottle, that guy gave me a disgusting look and stood not moving from front; I gave a look & left with my girls. May you get a lesson soon.

The DJs were outstanding, blending popular tracks with unique mixes that kept the crowd excited and dancing throughout the night. The staff added a lot to the overall experience as well. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. The security presence was clear and reassuring, creating a safe environment without being intrusive. The drink selection was impressive with a good variety of cocktails and spirits, and everything was served quickly even though the club was busy. What impressed me most was how well the entire experience was managed. The club felt energetic yet organized, lively yet comfortable. Illuzion Phuket Club is the perfect spot for anyone who loves great music, a dynamic crowd, and an unforgettable night out. I would gladly return.
