A great large venue with tex mex style food and a great house band. Superb friendly staff A family or group favourite this is one of the better HRCs in Asia. The Band sound great here and are one of the more accomplished entertainment groups. Singer Cat is superb as are the other musicians. Food wise, I had a chicken salad one night and sizzling fajitas on another night. Both excellent. Both times I was served by the wonderful friendly Tanny, Yu and JJ. They made me feel very welcome showing great service skills. All the staff here are good and go out their way to improve your experience in HRC tradition. Always worth a visit with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Food was pretty average. Not a really great flavour to the burgers. Could do with some better sauces. Ordered a Berry delight drink and they came out with coke. Not sure how that gets confused. Prices are way over the top for what you get. For a 500-600bt main course I expect a lot more than that. Drinks were nice though. Atmosphere was a little dull as there’s barely anyone in there but all the displays are very cool.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Hard Rock Phuket and had an amazing experience. I had emailed and book and mentioned that the booking was for a birthday, when we arrived the team had put up birthday banners and balloons which was a great surprised. We were greeted by Kitty who was super friendly and took loads of photos of our party. Van was our waiter and was super attentive, asking if we needed anything, he was also super chatty and fun adding to the fun experience. Food came out super hot and we all really enjoyed our food, we had the nachos to start the portion was massive and delicious. We were even surprised with a large dessert that served all four of us as party of the birthday celebration 🥳 I have been to quite a few Hard Rock Cafe’s and this restaurant was super clean and actually had a great selection of memorabilia ranging from David Bowie, Elton John, Elvis Presley, Keith Richard’s and Paul Stanley just to mention a few! Thank you Kitty, Van and the Hard Rock team for a great meal and birthday. Last mention, they had a really great t-shirt selection specific to Phuket.

Food was great! A bit on the pricey side for Thai standards, but if you're willing to spend the money, the quality is worth it. Generally, they have live performers in the evening which is really cool. And the service was decent. Our waiter didn't seem too welcoming but maybe he was having a bad day, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. Anyways, it's a cool spot to check out if you're in Patong beach.

The band rocked and the staff were super friendly! Although a tad quiet, I had a great time drinking beers & singing along to Metallica whilst checking out (& buying) some merch from the shop. Cheers guys!
