I recently visited Amanpuri for a dinner and was truly impressed. Even though I wasn’t staying at the resort, everything felt special from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and beautifully maintained, with a setting that feels both private and timeless. What stood out to me most was the service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming in such a natural way. It never felt overdone, yet every detail was clearly taken care of. You can really sense the level of care and intention behind each interaction. The food, the surroundings, and the overall experience all came together effortlessly. There’s a quiet consistency and thoughtfulness that defines the entire place. It’s the kind of place that stays with you. Experiences like this are rare, and they leave a lasting impression in the best way. Spending time here genuinely made me feel that being part of a place like this would be something truly special. If you wanna feel like a sexy villain in a Bond film, come here. I thought it’d be perfect to pop my Aman cherry at their first resort with my mum to celebrate our birthdays. I came with insane expectation and voila. I thought my own acts of service style was pretty great, and then I met the service staff here. The Aman Service is legendary, seriously. We never had to ask for anything twice, they remembered everything. Every time we leave the room, they’ll take care of the room like it’s untouched. The team is warm, discreet, anticipatory, and thoughtful to the max. The bedroom is huge, incredibly private and beautifully designed with polished dark wood and their iconic roofing. The pillows and bed are comfy. The gym is spacious with a nice view and they have a boxing ring if you wanna practice Muay Thai. The beach is clean and they even hose down the sand to make it cooling to walk on. The entire resort is also wheelchair accessible. Appreciated that they planned a celebratory surprise for us! I look forward to staying at the other Aman hotels🫰

Amanpuri is a true paradise in Phuket. One of the best beach services in the world. While you are swimming in the sea, the staff prepare dry towels for you. Everything is done quickly, smoothly, and with great attention to detail. The beach is pristine and never overcrowded or reserved with personal belongings. You can swim freely and enjoy long walks along the shore. The rooms are clean but not very new. I would love to see more premium in room amenities, including higher end toiletries and individually packaged cotton swabs. The textiles are luxurious, and everything smells beautiful. Breakfasts and dinners in the restaurants are outstanding. Without exception, every dish is delicious. Beach food is also excellent, and there is a children’s menu available everywhere. I do have some questions regarding the spa experience. Unfortunately, I had an issue with noise near my room, which affected the experience. If you are planning a private beach barbecue, Amanpuri delivers it at the highest possible level. The boutique is also wonderful, offering clothing, jewelry, accessories, as well as Aman branded cosmetics and apparel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone literally moves at a run to make things happen. This experience would not have been so luxurious without the Residence Manager, Linda H, a true special force who did everything to make our stay perfect. Thank you, Linda. I truly want to come back again. The hotel is magnificent and absolutely worth the trip. P.S. The spa reception service could be improved, the in room amenities upgraded and something should be done about the road noise nearby.

Probably Phuket’s finest resort. I understand that people may be worried about the price but trust me, it is definitely worth it. I have to be honest I have stayed in many 5 stars hotels all over the world but not many of them know how to present their “5 stars” to their guests well. For the price you are paying for Amanpuri, you get their semi-private beach which is very tranquil and clean without a big crowd running around shouting and bickering. You can get all the peace and privacy you need for a serene holiday. Also, their house cleaning team somehow knows when you leave and they clean your room in a flash before you go back every time which is jaw-dropping! The service is undeniably the best I have ever had after having travelled to 20 countries and this is not what you can easily find in Phuket in general. Their complimentary breakfast is amazingly cooked and you have a wide range of choices. Also, almost every staff knows who you are and what you need so you barely have to waste a brain cell. Their gym is also very advanced enough for a gym rat like me. I feel like they put in a lot of efforts on training their staff and maintaining their facilities. The final goodbye from the staff at the front desk was so wholesome to me. It’s definitely worth the price because they make sure they won’t do your holiday wrong in Phuket. In Phuket, even some 5 stars hotels can be full of flaws like forgetting to clean the bathroom basin, forgetting about your requests, not caring about your needs and you name it. However, I didn’t feel like anything could go wrong during my stay at Amanpuri. It may be expensive to some people but the high-end service lived up to my expectations and you don’t want your trip to be ruined especially for people like me who can rarely squeeze time for a long holiday. Especially thanks to Khun Nun - Room Division Manager, Giulia - Guest Relation Manager, Puy-noon - Guest Service Assistance and Fern - Intern Staff for making my trip truly amazing and stress free!
