09/01/26 We have just had a Farewell Staff lunch at this lovely old pub. The venue blends old world charm with new modern vibes. Lots to choose from on the menu with Vegetarian and Vegan options available. Easy to order with the QR code or go to the bar. Staff are cool, friendly and fast. Lots of drink options also. I had the Steak Sandwich which came with chips and was really nice and my go to for judging food at a new place I visit. At $31 it’s up there in price. Was about a 4/5. Price was a factor. Other friends had Fish Tacos, chicken Parmi and Vegetarian Parmi, Quesadillas, The Hamburger and the Rump. Drinks came out very quickly and the food was not far behind. It was all really tasty and looked awesome. Great background music at a volume where we could all talk and hear each other. All in all it was a fantastic lunch and I’d love to return to see the venue in full swing at night soon.

Had a great works night out in the back garden. Nina was a pleasure to deal with from the initial enquiry. We were a party of 16 booked for a Saturday night and the service from start to finish was 1st class from everyone. Cocktails especially went down well and the wait for them wasn’t long at all. Food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner- no complaints about anything from anyone (which is a first😂) and we sampled a lot of the menu. Definitely will return for work functions in the future.

This place was busy with many tables having reserved signs on them. Inside is old world charm while outside has modern vibe. Has at least four outside levels of seating with the upper outside area for smokers/vapers. Live DJ music and very friendly and happy atmosphere. The service from Noah was great. You can pick him out from the crowd as he looks a lot like John Legend. He gets that every day. But he was cheerful and helpful despite it being busy and rushed off their feet. You could order from your table using QR Code but this day they switched it off cos they didn't have staff numbers to accommodate. Wasn't a hassle ordering from bar as they had one till for food and two others for drinks. You didn't have to wait too long to be served and the food queue dissipated quickly. Despite tables being reserved, there were still plenty of spaces to sit. Some tables like ours, caught the hot sun so we moved to another. Tables are large and small but I recommend booking a table for large groups. The food we ordered was very nice and good value. Overall a great place to come for an arvo bevy and with good company.
