I've stayed at the Ritz a number of times across a number of years and it has never disappointed. Not every stay has been 100% perfect, but the Ritz staff and team do what they can to improve and remedy any situation, going above and beyond often. E.g. a shower head malfunctioned and we got free Valet parking and a new shower head. Potentially because of being a marriot bonvoy member we have experienced free upgrades, which is always a welcomed surprise. Even their most basic room though feels luxurious with the buttery soft King bed and the free standing bath. River views make it extra special but the city view also makes for an interesting view. I honestly thought I had already reviewed the hotel and was surprised to find I hadn't. Treat yourself /your significant other and enjoy a night or two here. You won't regret, we never have.
Manuel was fantastic during our 5-day stay. We ran through minor issues in the room late on the first day and he had attended to it and was very hospitable throughout our time at the hotel. Thanks also to Dominic at the front desk who resolved our technical issue on the first night and moved us to a better room. We travelled for many hours and that made the start of our trip easier. Everything else met expectations given it’s Ritz Carlton. Can’t beat this location too.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary. The team kindly upgraded our room, which made the experience even more special. We were truly touched by the thoughtful gestures — a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a beautifully handwritten note with warm wishes. Every detail was taken care of with great attention. The housekeeping and room service were exceptional, always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Thank you for creating such a memorable and meaningful experience for us. We will definitely return for our next anniversary and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth.
Pleasantly suprised, hotel is lovely, lots of thoughtful touches everywhere, they really value their guests. The staff are incredible all round, everyone is relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. You can tell they enjoy working here. Oh, and the location is superb! Not to mention the breafast served is exceptional, the miso eggplant is delicious. Overall a great place to stay if visiting Perth.
From the moment we arrived at the front drop off, we were treated like royalty. Check in was smooth, and lady at desk was extremely friendly and so nice, she gave us a free room upgrade because it was my sons birthday, thank you so much for that. Room was immaculate, nice large bathroom with deep bath tub and nice hot shower. The whole hotel is just beautiful, and the view from our room was wonderful. Pool area is amazing, and bonus that the pool is heated. I look forward to return very soon, The Ritz Carlton is now my favourite perth hotel.
