They would do better if the quality improves. Unfortunately, they have not got better but more expensive for what they produce. I would not recommend them. I’ve had much much better results cooking at home. But I’m staying away from home in The Westin. The hotel wasn’t available to access the club lounge so I had no choice but to go here and buy sub standard overpriced food.
Perth institution Taka’s Kitchen has a well-deserved reputation for serving hearty, tasty and filling Japanese food. Servings are relatively large for the price. Condiments and complimentary tea are also on offer. Definitely worth at least one visit for a meal.
Very good prices and the food are quite good. You really get value for money. We all enjoyed our dinner. The place is simple but clean, you get free flow tea (self serve), and the toilets are also clean. A great deal for a restaurant in a strategic location at Perth CBD. We recommend adding a bit of chilli powder (just a wee bit!) if you want to add some spark to your rice dish. Highly recommend to have the rice to accompany any protein. Fast and friendly service.
Food incredible! for amazing price value. Service they are trying to just get through but dont wanna know you. Atmosphere get an air con please and never bring a date here
I've had the odd meal here over the years. Sometimes the chicken katsu was dry and looked and tasted like it had been cooked hours before arrival so I was pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit this evening. A generous serve of fresh, tasty, perfectly cooked chicken with rice, pickle and miso soup for only $12.50! Superb value! Free condiments and delicious hot tea.
