Lovely experience at this restaurant. Restaurant itself looked elegant. Service I could not fault. Our food came out with enough time for our previous food to settle. Attended a 6 course, chef view seating. The chefs were polite and engaging to speak with. Their work showed passion with each detail of the dish being though, prepared and designed in a way of art. The flavour combinations were top quality no doubt the work that went into each dish I felt the price was well fitting. Our waiter for the evening was polite and always attentive to clear dishes and service drinks never once called for her. I had an experience not just dinner last night. Would recommend for special or any occasion. There was a chef that I’d love to get in contact with as a shot of him I didn’t realise didn’t make it to him.
I had the pleasure to experience the hospitality of Ritz Carlton Perth at their Hearth restaurant for lunch. Janney was a truly gracious host for my first dining experience there. The place exhibits an elegant and classy ambience with the attentive service by the staff second to none. It was quiet and easy to talk, and the food choice we had left us wanting me. I had the triple barley sourdough with smoked honey butter as entree, and found that heavenly delicious. The wagyu oyster blade with smoked beef tongue and ox tail also hit the wow factor with wonderful medium rare tenderness. It’s worthy of a special occasion & I look forward to my next visit with my loved ones..
Had a Dining Credit to use and was excited to try this establishment based upon feedback. Booked in for Dinner for 6pm and ended up being just under 3 hours for Service. Some absolutely wonderful new flavours and I enjoyed my food selection very much. Staff are attentive and service was impeccable the entire time. Each dish was described in detail and staff happy to interact with the patrons. Received the mango dessert entree as a bonus, even though not on the Tasting Menu, which was a nice touch. Great views over Elizabeth Quays and would definitely recommend for that special occasion or to try a wonderful tasting menu with plenty of Australian native ingredients
We had the Taste of Hearth with the premium wine pairing, and everything was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Such a lovely, relaxing vibe throughout the whole evening. Highly recommend!
Fine dining indeed! We visited Hearth to celebrate a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable and the venue, while huge and spacious, offered a very intimate and quiet setting. The food was absolutely delicious and excellently plated. Each serving didn't look big but we were very full after. I would recommend the set menu as it offered a great selection. Half our table did the wine pairing and they raved about it. The only thing that was disappointing was that they could work out an alternative alcohol combination with an allergy (lemon) and I was given soda water and vodka.
