Perth is a beautiful and vibrant city with clean streets, stunning river views, friendly people, and excellent facilities. It offers a relaxed lifestyle, great weather, and plenty of attractions to explore. The highlight is Elizabeth Quay, featuring scenic waterfront views, restaurants, public art, and a lively atmosphere for visitors and locals alike.

Elisabeth Quay is not only a ferry port, from here you can take the quick ferry across to South Perth and some other destinations, e.g Rottnest, and Swan river Charters, but also a pretty nice place to hang out. You will find many cafes and eateries here, as well as some lovely music. You can walk the pedestrian bridge and also visit the Island from here. There are fireworks in the summer months at 9pm.

Excellent place for a nice steady ramble around for an hour or two or 3. Plenty of interesting stuff to see/do, including an excursion to Rottnest island. Loads of bars cafes etc.all very civilized and jolly!

What a nice peaceful place to have a walk and breathe the clean air in the middle of the city! Shopping areas, arcades, food, coffees, and bars are everywhere but it is never too crowded in comparison to any other cities I have been. Public transportation around the area was very convenient.

Lovely place to visit in the heart of Perth. Plenty for bars and restaurants. There is a lovely water feature that has water spouting from the ground and children were in swimwear running in and out of it. Looked like fun and wanted to nearly take part myself in such a hot day! You can't take the ferry over to the other side of the Swan River and visit more bars and restaurants. They seem to rin every 10 minutes or so. I think it is about 4 dollars each way.
