My husband & I stayed here from Sydney to celebrate our anniversary. What can we say except for Outstanding service wherever we went. We give this place a 10/10 for absolutely everything. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Our housekeeping was fantastic & would like to make a special mention to Nasrin, who was Outstanding. Thank you again. Carol & Brad Rose
Wonderful and an amazing experience. Respectful, helpful and friendly staff. Very elegant environment, the lobby at Crown Towers is a master piece. Great and welcoming reception with first class staff attitude. The Towers overlook the skyline of Perth city, giving you a magnificent view. A well structured security system and service. The Sun Set Event at Crown Towers was breathtaking, the vibe, the environment, performances, music, the DJs and the people were all standout.
I had an amazing birthday here. Staff were all lovely. And the room was awesome. So spacious with everything we could need. The pool was wonderful with heated water so pleasant to swim, and free activities around the pool like billiards. Got the included breakfast which was also terrific with awesome selection. Will definitely be back!
We hate not leaving a 5-star review, but here we go: Crown Towers nails the visuals, but slips up on the basics. The well-planned design, beautiful architecture, and stunning rooms make an amazing first impression. Sadly, the 5-star illusion fades under scrutiny. The heated pools are lovely, but the severe lack of seating—unless you pay a premium for an enclave—feels incredibly cheap. Worse, basic staff training is lacking; nobody could guide us on the resort's own restaurants or cafes. It is a beautiful venue, but currently feels like look over substance.
I also recently stayed at Crown Towers Perth and were impressed by the high-quality, modern room. The spacious bathroom featured a large bath, separate shower, and separate toilet, adding to the sense of luxury. The electric blinds and lighting were conveniently controlled via an iPad, and the room itself was beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
