It's a cozy hotel with good vibe. Everything is well put together. The room is a bit small with a small balcony. There is no desk/chair in the room so if you do need to work with your laptop it may not be convenient (there is an area on the mezzanine floor you can use). Did not really go outside to the balcony as it was a bit too small. Can hear the wind at night. But the facilities in the room were new and nice. I like the coffee sold on the ground floor and area on mezzanine floor, where I can sit comfortably using my laptop. Location is good with a lot of restaurants nearby and close to train station. Overall I would still recommend this hotel to my friends.

What a fantastic hotel this is in the heart of Perth! As a solo traveler sometimes you feel a bit alone...not at this locale! Everyone on the AH team were engaging, helpful and genuinely happy to be there! Special thanks to Nicky & Jess for taking care of my needs! The only thing that was missing from my point of view was a fridge in the room I was in, but there is a commercial fridge on the 1st level that you can label you food and drop in there. The chilled, filtered, glass bottles of water were so welcomed due to the 40 degree weather Perth was experiencing! The room was in tune with the minimalistic message that the hotel advertising. The bed was really comfy and shower pressure was perfect! I was a mere 5 min walk to the concert venue (ICF) and lots of food choices within that short walking distance. The state library parking is located right beside the hotel, so that was really handy. The decor and vibe of the hotel was so eclectic and so enjoyable! Breakfast was a solid offering served up on the first floor...so good! If you are wanting a memorable experience in Perth, check on to this hotel! Loved it all, highly recommend!

Fantastic location at the start of Northbridge area: Plenty of food outside the hotel. Stylish, cosy, although the room does not have a working desk, there are seats and sofas at the reception area - co working style. Check out time at 12 pm. Breakfast mainly made up of breads and pastries.

Great bouji hotel. However the rooms have nowhere to put a bag or case and very little hanging space, especially for 2 people. Views are good and the roof top is a great addition in the sun or in the evening. However the doesnt do spirits so just wine. Weekends can be quite noisy outside but great bars, restaurants etc nearby.

This is without question the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are fine but small. The look of the hotel is cute. But there's live music all night, cars making a ton of noise until 3am, then the shops start making noise at like 7am. The walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors sneezing. Also our ac was hit or miss
