I would like to update my experience honestly and fairly. Although I faced some issues during my stay at first, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the management team afterward. They took the feedback seriously, responded quickly, followed up personally, and handled everything in a very respectful and professional way. What impressed me the most is that they genuinely care about guest experience and work fast to solve problems whenever something happens. The management does not ignore complaints and they make real efforts to improve and resolve situations properly without delay. I also appreciated the transparency, communication, and the way they handled the matter professionally until everything was resolved. Respect to the management team for taking responsibility and showing real customer care.
Great hostel in Belleville. Very well connected with metro and bus nearby, plus tons of good restaurants around. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm and got lucky with quiet, chill roommates, which made resting easy. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are nice and well ventilated. There’s only one toilet per floor but it was never an issue. The bar/restaurant downstairs is super convenient and always has something going on, with a great atmosphere: Jazz nights, Live music, DJs, you name it. Staff is very friendly despite how busy it gets. Definitely recommend for a great budget stay in Paris.
I was quite disappointed by this hostel. The bar is nice, but there’s no welcome drink or organized activities to help guests connect, so the atmosphere feels lacking. At reception, the staff even addressed me with the formal “you” (« vous », « usted »)which felt oddly distant The rooms are uncomfortably hot, though the beds are comfortable. What really bothered me was the luggage storage fee of €2 per hour, I had never seen that before
The room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and we met nice people. The rooftop is really beautiful and gives you a nice view of Montmartre. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the mattress protectors sometimes slid off during the night.
Definitely one of the best places to stay as a female solo traveller in Paris. Well connected with transport and food options. Very clean rooms and facilities, evening live events, good privacy and friendly multilingual staff. Only downside is the lack of a kitchen but there is a bar and cafe that serve great food and drink. Would highly recommend this hostel and will definitely stay again!!
