Sorely disappointed after wanting to stay for a long time. It all boils down to attitude. The front desk especially was dismissive when our room temp wouldn’t go below 74 degrees in a heat wave. They sent up a fan. A fan. At a five star hotel. They eventually moved our room after we pushed, but the manager who showed us the smaller, lower level room was not apologetic. Room service was very slow. When we called to have our bags brought down at the end of our stay we waited 15 minutes and gave up. I would not book this hotel in the hot summer months. They do not prioritize AC. Or the guest.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel positioning itself at this level. This was our first time staying at the hotel, and we arrived with high expectations, but unfortunately left very disappointed. We made a reservation for an Executive room, but encountered a complete lack of flexibility and willingness to find a reasonable solution despite clear circumstances, as the situation was ultimately subject to their discretion. For a hotel of this standing, one would expect a far higher level of responsiveness and consideration. Today, guests value service, overall experience, and a thoughtful, client-oriented approach far more than the room itself, which can be found at a similar standard in many places.

Overall, in my humble opinion, the most beautiful and tasteful hotel in Paris. Professional and adept staff. Exceptionally gorgeous decoration and furnishings throughout the palace. Varied and delightful dining options. Multiple stays and visits over the years lead me to these observations.

This was the Best hotel I have ever stayed. The Le Bristol is better than the Ritz in Paris! The service at each touch point is outstanding at the Le Bristol. The concierge is amazing, the bellmen know your name and welcome you as you come and go! The reception desk calls you by name too. They even walk you to your room to show you to your room. It is an amazing hotel. Please stay at the Le Bristol you will not regret it at all! The team there has created the best home away from home experience! Book them today! We stayed the week after Fashion week this year and the Le Bristol.

Impeccable service from Eve at the Bristol Boutique. I went to finally check out House of Bo fragrances since it's the only spot in Europe that carries them. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She was kind enough to give me a bag so that I could put my staff in there (some groceries bought somewhere else). She also handed me two samples. She's a keeper!
