Staff are pleasant and helpful enough. Rooms seem very tired. Marks up walls, chips in doors, suspicious stain on head board, toilet very loose hanging off wall, bathroom tired, door to room looks loose and could easily be kicked in, carpet looks dirty and full of stains. Bathroom has no storage, no where to put toiletriesor make up down. Only a mirror in the bathroom, none at the dressing table which makes it a pain when the bathroom is in use and you need to get ready. Fridge broken. No english tv channels, not a smart tv & tv does not cast to phone so tv pointless. Rooms need refreshing desperately. Hotel reception and bar area are very pretty and as you see online, always empty. Could be a really nice hotel if cleanliness and decoration was brought up to date and rooms modernised. Hotel is out the centre but not too far to walk and in a Nice area. Had a lovely time away, Paris is beautiful, just dont expect too much from the hotel.

I had a good experience at this hotel. Before my trip, I read many reviews saying that the hotel is noisy and quite old, but in my opinion, for the price, it is a very good option. The hotel is not in the very center, but the location is still convenient — only three metro stations to Opera, and you can even walk there if you like. There are shops and cafes around, so everything you need is nearby. One thing to note: there is construction on the main street outside. I specifically asked for a quiet room facing the inner courtyard, and it was indeed quiet — there was no noise from the street. However, the doors and walls facing the corridor are quite thin, so you can hear when someone enters or leaves their room or walks down the corridor. But I did not hear noise from neighbors through the walls. The room was cleaned every day: the bed was made, towels were changed, and the room was kept clean. The room itself is a bit old — for example, my pillow was a bit yellow, and the walls and carpet were slightly worn in some places — but overall, it was not a big problem. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay, especially considering the price and the location.

The reviews are great. Seems like I stayed in a different hotel. Complained about how dirty my bathroom was and how in general ugly and dirty was the room. Asked for the beds to be made one double... Was promised my complaints would be addressed, I would receive an email... Nothing. Even the toilet wasn't cleaned after my complain. As a compensation the breakfast was deducted from my invoice. The breakfast which I didn't have... I paid 460 for two nights at the low season 2-4 Dec.

Not recommended. Customer service was practically non-existent. The staff were indifferent and even tried to charge €10 for early check-in, despite the room being ready two hours earlier. They didn’t assist us with anything during our stay. The room itself was tiny and quite old. Definitely not visiting again.

Room was yucky. Super old - not in a good way. Bathroom was tiny - no space to set down toiletry bag. No closet in room. Carpet was ancient. From the pictures maybe we got one of the worst rooms? Was our last night of our trip - left a bad taste in my mouth but also made me excited to get back home. :)
