Did not stay there but i showed up for lunch and realized I left my phone in the taxi. Fred at the valet stand saved my day by contacting the taxi by calling my phone. He talked with the driver and within one hour had the cab arrive at the hotel with my phone. What a guy! Classy, funny, empathetic. And our lunch was top notch too while I waited!

We had a wonderful stay at CB Paris. It’s a modern, stylish property that is especially perfect for couples. The hotel features an excellent pool, and after every visit to the sauna or hammam, the staff refresh the towels inside, which is a very thoughtful touch. There is also a Dior Spa which adds to the overall luxurious experience. The interiors are filled with contemporary art, creating a truly impressive and unique atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the riverfront which made the stay even more special. The room itself was spacious, with first-class furniture and textiles. A nice detail is the control panel that allows you to adjust the bed position. The bathroom was large and all the amenities felt very luxurious. The hotel offers excellent dining options, including Plénitude and a Japanese restaurant Hakuba both were fantastic. However, the highlight for us was definitely breakfast. It was outstanding, especially the eggs and the waffles, the taste of the waffles is simply unforgettable. The staff were friendly and warm, with absolutely no snobbery which made us feel very comfortable. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to visit the Louvre, it’s right next door. Highly recommended!

I emailed the hotel shortly after checkout regarding items I had left in the room, but I never received a response. I also included this in the post-stay survey, yet there was still no follow-up or acknowledgement. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and the absence of any proper handling or reporting process for lost property. For a hotel at this level, I found this quite surprising and disappointing. It falls short of the level of service one would expect from other luxury hotels. There were also a few other small but noticeable shortcomings. Edited) As I had been working right up until checkout, it is very clear that the items were left on the desk in the room. I was also surprised by the very generic and impersonal nature of the response I eventually received here. I later received a response to the post-stay survey 10 days afterward, but it was similarly generic and did not include any contact information for further communication or follow-up. Had this been another luxury hotel, I believe the experience and level of care would have been very different.

The hotel’s location and overall environment are indeed very good, which is why we ultimately chose it after comparing several well-known five-star hotels. However, the actual stay—especially the service experience—was clearly disappointing and did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel at this level and price point. From the moment of check-in, the staff member who assisted us appeared impatient, and the communication lacked basic attentiveness, which already made the experience uncomfortable. In addition, I called room service to request a curling iron.Although the request was confirmed on the phone, nothing was delivered after more than 30 minutes. Only after calling again to follow up were the items finally brought to the room. This level of responsiveness is difficult to accept for a five-star hotel. During breakfast, the staff also appeared rather indifferent. For guests who are not fluent in English, there was a noticeable lack of patience and support in communication. These experiences genuinely affected my overall mood that day and raised questions about the hotel’s service standards. Overall, while the hotel’s hardware and location are good, the service quality clearly needs improvement. If service is not a priority, it may still be an option, but for those who value service experience, I would not recommend it.

Truly exceptional! Fabulous location. We were able to check in early and transfer to/fr airport was included with our stay. My sister absolutely felt like a princess here. Driver Alex was so kind and took us to multiple locations- fun to talk to and have great advice. This is my favorite hotel in Paris! Dior spa is a must- 90 min deep tissue massage was amazing. Le Tout Paris for breakfast & dinner was great! The concierge helped us obtain reservations- the best table in the house at Girafe! Merci Beaucoup to all the staff at CB!
