It was okay. The location is amazing in Montmartre, surrounded by cute cafes, bars, and restaurants, and easy access to the metro. Also has a nice, free breakfast. It is not very social and is more like a hotel. I stayed in a three-person room and it was very small and the conditions of the bathrooms were not great. No major problems though

Considering how expensive Paris is, this hostel was good value for money. I stayed in a private room, which was quite small, but it was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was included, though the options were very minimal. Overall, the ambience was nice, the place was well-maintained, and it felt like a comfortable stay despite the compact room size

This place was perfect for us. It's tough to find a well-priced hotel/ hostel in Paris as there are so many options but this is a 30 minute walk away from the Eurostar terminal and in one of the best, prettiest districts of Paris with boulangeries, pavement wine cafes and close to picturesque streets around the sacre couer and great bars. I recommend a late evening wander up to the sacre couer to see it lit up and avoid the daytime crowds. The rooms are clean with large windows and comfortable beds and I would recommend getting an ensuite if you can. For fellow vegans: there aren't as many options for breakfast but you can have a black coffee with some bread rolls and jam. There are also two vegan boulangeries within 10 minute walking distance which were fantastic. When you checkout, you can leave your luggage in a locked luggage room. We will return to this hotel!

I had a lovely stay at the Caulaincourt Hotel & Hostel in Paris. I stayed in a double private room, and it was both aesthetic and surprisingly spacious—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A special highlight was the complimentary breakfast croissant, which was absolutely delightful and a perfect start to the day. I’d definitely recommend this place for a cozy and stylish stay in Paris! I bought a transit pass that I didn't even end up using because it is so centrally located. The metro is super close by though! This place is an absolute hidden gem, and genuinely my favourite hotel/hostel I've stayed in ever.
