One of the best hotel stays of our lives! On a 3-week trip to Japan, this hotel was truly the highlight of our trip. The rooms and the hotel itself were absolutely amazing, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff - especially Michelle. She went completely out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay, from recommending great restaurants and things to do around the city to making us feel genuinely welcomed every step of the way. She truly made our stay so memorable. We’ve always loved the Marriott brand and the W especially, but staff members like Michelle make us never want to stay anywhere else — we’re already booking for next year! At the end of our trip, she even wrote us a heartwarming handwritten note that meant so much to us. Hospitality like this is rare, and we can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at W Osaka. The location was amazing — only a short walk from the train station, with lots of shopping, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We loved being able to walk through the shopping district on the way to Dotonbori, and having Blue Bottle Coffee right across the street was such a nice bonus. It was also very easy to grab taxis directly outside the hotel, which made getting around Osaka super convenient. The highlight of our stay was truly the staff and service. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The housekeeping and turndown service were some of the best we’ve experienced — the room was always spotless and thoughtfully prepared every day. The hotel itself also had such a fun, stylish vibe that really matched the energy of Osaka. Overall, an amazing stay and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

We had amazing accommodation and the staff were incredible. My reason for the 4 stars though was cost of everything here. We’ve stayed at a few places in Japan and the cost on everything not included in your stay was inflated. This stay was the going to be the highlight of our trip but paying $50 aud per person for breakfast was at least $20 more than the other hotels we stayed at. The mini bar… at least double the price than going to the store to get it yourself, $6 aud for a nut bar. $5 aud just to wash 1 underwear! We’ve stayed at other 5 star resorts and hotels and they have never charged us this much and we usually get a credit to go towards the mini bar or the mini bar is included. For the amount we payed to stay, the prices they charge do seem inflated compared to other 5 stars locations who have a bit more of an inclusive price experience.

Jack and Niki were the stars of the show here. I visited in late January with my wife for her birthday and my best friend. We had an incredible time and felt like VIPs the whole time. On my wife’s birthday, Jack and Niki even drew her a cake on a card and wrote a very nice birthday wish note. The property is perfectly located, very clean, and the rooms are very spacious (especially for Japan). The main floor bar is great and the breakfast was delicious. I’d recommend this property to anyone who visits Osaka. Thank you for making my wife’s and my stay so memorable.

The rooms designs were really amazing and genuinely thought through. I was surprised by the details, the elegance and practicality of it. The hotel is quite new and views are spectacular. I have been Osaka before and stayed in other high ends hotel previously, however, this is by far the best in terms of design, space and service. Also, to be fair i have to also emphasize how great the service was, they surprise us every day with small nice gifts that actually suit us. We only stayed for 2 nights, if i knew how good was the hotel i would have extended my stay. It actually exceeded my expectations, and will definitely come back again. We stayed at the fantastic suit. Plenty of room and remarkable design.
