We had such a wonderful stay at this Ritz-Carlton. The location is incredibly convenient—just about an 8-minute walk from Osaka Station. The service was impeccable and truly lived up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. A lovely touch was the complimentary pajamas provided for both us and our 8-year-old son—they were incredibly soft and perfectly sized. We especially enjoyed the bath salt menu, which offered three different options to choose from—such a relaxing detail after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of both traditional Japanese and Western dishes. I can honestly say it was the best soft-boiled egg I’ve ever had. And a delightful bonus—unlimited sparkling wine with the option to make your own mimosas! The spa and pool area were also excellent. There are a few rules to note, such as wearing a swim cap and covering tattoos, but the hotel makes it easy by providing complimentary swim caps and tattoo cover stickers. Overall, we had a truly memorable experience. Thank you for making us feel so pampered—we can’t wait to return!

From start to finish this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous, every meal we had on property was phenomenal, and the service in the club lounge was unmatched. I stayed at several Marriott properties in Japan over the past few days, and The Ritz-Carlton has been the standout. It has the best overall service and attitude. As a solo traveler, I sometimes feel the experience can vary depending on whether you are alone, local, or speaking the local language. At The Ritz-Carlton, none of that mattered. Every interaction felt equally warm, respectful, and consistent, and I never once felt uncomfortable. I also dined at the hotel for both dinner and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. Even though English is not the first language for many of the staff, they communicated with such patience and grace that I always felt at ease. Thank you to the team for treating every guest with the same level of care. I would absolutely return.

Her care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made us feel like true VIPs throughout our visit.
