Good experience, the staff were very helpful. The sound was very good for the show I attended and seemed to have no technical issues.

Concert was awesome. Venue is all standing room, General Admission only. Drinks were easily accessible and reasonable, around 600 yen for a beer.

Medium stage. The chair is foldable and mobile. It's not really leveling up from front to back seats so for short people like me, back seat is not ideal. The location is actually easier to find than looking at it on the map.

Information accurate as of Feb 2025. (porter robinson) Change a 600yen drink coin outside before ticket check. There's usually a queue at this machine with no English instructions. There are MANY lockers inside after ticket check and they are cheaper (300 yen, 400 yen options available depending on size) There is no bidet or washlets in the toilets. (The only venue with no bidet in our 15 days trip in Kansai region) You can change the coin for a drink - alcoholic or not, there are many options Merchandise available near the staircase After the show, exiting is a bit slow as they tend to bottleneck the exit to give out brochures for the upcoming shows

The concert hall isn’t massive, so they call guests in one by one during concerts. The facilities were clean, but I found the layout flog the building confusing. The concert hall layout was so-so, which a standing area and an elevated standing area behind it, and behind that was a higher seating area. T get there, you can either catch a bus, taxi, or walk from Namba or Sakuragawa station.
