What an experience; every dish was so beautifully curated, things were added in for a reason; every element added so much value to each dish. Service was top; from the somm, our waiter in charge and even meeting the chef after dinner. Pricey but it is one of our most memorable dinner, 4.5 hours but didn’t feel long.

Eating at HAJIME in Osaka was an experience I will never forget. Chef Hajime Yoneda is doing something really special here. The menu, Dialogue with the Earth 2024, is more than food on a plate. Each dish felt like a story, beautifully presented and full of flavor that made me stop and think while still being such a joy to eat. The service was just as incredible. Every single person on the team was kind, professional, and thoughtful in a way that made the whole night feel effortless. Honestly, it was five diamond service from start to finish. HAJIME is not just a restaurant. It is a place that makes you feel connected to something bigger through food. I walked away not only full but moved, and I know this will stay with me for a long time. Japanese food

The BEST meal I have ever had. The whole experience was unique from start to finish. This restaurant should be added to your bucket list. The Chef is truly an artist. Minoru, our waiter, was great. Friendly and very experienced. The whole team at this restaurant deserve 5 stars.

Stepping into Hajime was an unforgettable experience. As a fan of vegetables, I was blown away by the massive variety of incredible veggie dishes. Each one was a delightful surprise. The grilled amadai fish was a standout—perfectly cooked with a delicate flavor that was simply divine. Another highlight was the hacho miso fish chip, which was just so cute and tasty. The cheese dish is something I can eat everyday and I'm not even a cheese person. The creativity of the menu really shines through with dishes like the foie gras sandwich, which I've never seen anywhere else. The entire meal was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate; the presentation was so fun, with a lot of dry ice adding a dramatic, magical touch. It’s a truly special place and worth every bit of hype.
