Green Earth is the cheapest vegan restaurant in Osaka. The meals here are excellent, especially for the price. You can’t go wrong choosing the lunch special, which is a wonderful entrée that changes daily, served with rice and salad, for just ¥1200. If you don’t get the lunch special, try the tempeh rice bowl. I love tempeh, but I rarely encounter a restaurant that does a good job of preparing it. The tempeh here is some of the best I’ve ever had, and the sauce that accompanies it is marvelous. I’d recommend passing on the spaghetti dishes, which are fine, but not as good as everything else on the menu.

A full lunch in a busy Osaka area for just 1500 yen is amazing. The food was very tasty and it felt refreshing. The local is nice inside but literally on the street outside, it still works in my opinion. Fully vegan restaurant.

Had the lunch set (seems to change depending on the day), main dish was a chickpea curry that was mild but flavorful. The service was very fast. All of the food was excellent. The coffee was very good as well. Very nice interior. They even have some baked goods cookies that you can buy at the counter. The cookie I got was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place.

Green Earth has a really homey, "Grandma's Kitchen" kind of vibe to it and the food is also exactly that! It's really good, healthy and fresh. Everything tasted delicious and homemade. The restaurant is very simple-staff were very friendly. We saw many locals dining there. Highly recommend!

This is in the top three vegan restaurants we experienced in Japan! Its a wonderful whole-food based vegan restaurant with healthier options. They graciously accomodated us near closing time and provided great service. The food appeared to all be thoughtfully made from scratch with quality ingredients and they have brown rice available.
