Cost & Conclusion - Good value, besides all the main shopping - eating - massage districts & train station. Comfortable - big- clean room. Breakfast choices was average but tasty choices. Breakfast choices - please consider to change daily the variety of food dishes like other Osaka hotels do. Without changing, guests will not enjoy experiencing food quality of the hotel. Maintainance - During my stays, the lift hotel was under maintainance hence to go up or down, was a long wait & in the event of emergency that will be an issue. TV channels - Lack of international channels made staying in the room boring. Other hotels provide plenty of international channels catching a variety of updates & shows. Room cleanliness & amenities were great. Check in & out is easy, all staffs at front desk, cleaning janitors & breakfast hall staffs were very polite & professional.

We stayed at the Cross Hotel Osaka during our visit to Japan and had a great overall experience. The location is really convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Dotonbori, the Glico Man, and right around the corner from a Don Quijote. The rooms are slightly bigger than most hotels in Japan. The shower is Japanese-style, which isn’t hard to understand but feels a bit weird at first. Nevertheless, the room itself was amazing. The pillows were super comfortable, which was definitely necessary after long days of exploring the city. Breakfast was okay, although there weren’t many Western-friendly options. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help, which really made the stay even better.

Love the location of this hotel as it was so convenient to Dontoburi and Don quojite. The front desk service was excellent and the fact that you can leave luggage before check in time waa great option. Lounge coffee was amazing. The only thing was only 1 elevator working when i was staying there. Have to alittle patience to wait. All in all i still give this hotel a 5 out of 5 for the room size and bathroom. Thank you for making my stay amazing!!!

A very nice and clean western style hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Check in was easy through their automated system and I appreciated the free luggage storage. Breakfast was fantastic! Our only problem was because of the construction they only had one functional elevator which often meant waiting 5 minutes for the elevator. We were told stairs were not an option.

had a wonderful stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. The location is perfect — just steps away from Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping street, and Namba Station. It made exploring Osaka extremely easy. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for Japan. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was big and well-designed. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout the stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient during check-in and check-out. The lobby area also feels stylish and welcoming. Overall, Cross Hotel Osaka offers great value with its amazing location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!
