Exquisite hotel. We were given a room upgrade without having to ask, as they knew it was our honeymoon and they prepared some sweet treats for us in our room. The room was large and had everything we needed. They use Byredo in the bathroom which is my favourite! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The manager was super friendly and would chat to several guests ensuring they were enjoying their stay. Staff was super attentive and offered excellent service. Anytime you look at them, they'll come over asking if you needed something. We had dinner at the C Grill which was delicious as well. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing stay at Conrad Osaka. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room offered a stunning view of the city, and the bathtub was spacious enough for both of us to relax comfortably. The pool is a standard size, complemented by a lovely hot tub and sauna area that made it easy to unwind. All three restaurants at the hotel were excellent, and it was great to see so many locals dining there as well, which really speaks to the quality of the experience. You’ll be in the West building when arriving at the train station under the hotel. Entrance is on ground level.

We had an unbelievable honeymoon stay at Conrad Osaka. The location is a bit further north than the touristy spots which made this a great place to walk around and explore. Rooms were spacious and luxurious (especially the shower and bath!), robes were incredible, food at the breakfast buffet, lounge, and lobby restaurant were terrific. But the real standout was the staff and service. The concierge team helped us find an English-speaking medical clinic for an emergency on a Sunday and were phenomenal at following up and helping to make sure we were okay and safe. We checked out at 4:45 am to head to the airport, thus missing the breakfast buffet. But no worries! The staff was so kind to prepare us a box filled with delicious pastries and fruit that we could take with us to the airport. Truly a great stay and experience - a lovely introduction to Conrad hotels in general. Oh and the view from the hotel... We left two weeks ago and I still think about it often. The photos don't even do it justice.

We visited to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and booked two rooms. We were assigned adjacent rooms, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient throughout the trip. All the staff we encountered were kind and welcoming. In particular, we were deeply touched by the Korean staff members we met during our stay. They paid close attention to my parents and showed such thoughtful care, which made the experience even more meaningful for our family. Visiting the sky bar lounge in the evening, which we had reserved in advance, was also an excellent choice. The atmosphere and experience were wonderful, and one of the Korean female staff members at the bar was especially kind and attentive. We would truly love to see her again on our next visit.✨ While the food quality at the executive lounge was a bit disappointing, we trust that it will improve. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

I would like to give a special thanks to Daniele (I hope I spelled the name correctly), one of the front desk team members at Conrad Osaka. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping us solve every issue we had during our stay. Traveling with a tired family can be exhausting, but his professionalism and warm attitude made a huge difference. He never made us feel like we were a burden and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s people like him who turn a great hotel into a truly memorable experience. Thank you for making our trip feel a little easier and a lot warmer. We will always remember your kindness and hope to stay here again!
