It is a very nice facility with a great atmosphere, and the sound quality was excellent. However, the service provided by the staff was extremely disappointing. Even when we first arrived, the staff seemed reluctant to take our jackets, and nothing moved forward unless we initiated the conversation ourselves. The seating guidance felt careless, there were order mistakes, and they struggled to take our requests properly. There was also no consideration for other guests. Even though we reserved good seats, it felt meaningless in the end. Next time, I am thinking of choosing a box seat instead. I am curious to see what kind of service we will receive then.
It was a bucket list to go see the 3D billboards and they didn't disappoint. Loved them! Great venue, awesome at night.. way too many ppl, but you get that. We did a 20 min river cruise too which was a great way to see all the billboards and river front.
Went to see Mohini Dey and she, Mark and Gino were AMAZING!!! 5+++++ stars!!! I am however here to leave a review for Billboard Live Osaka. It’s a lovely venue, not huge and the sound is wonderful. I sat at the front in and the atmosphere was intimate which adds to the good feels when listening to music. It feels like everyone is jamming together. The service was lovely. The staff I interacted with had smiles on their faces and were attentive. There’s one thing I’ll fault and it is the food. It wasn’t great, maybe partially prepped in advance (I’m not sure). It was edible and arrived warm. I haven’t tried everything but for what I had it wasn’t up to par and the pina colada definitely needed a little bit more rum. Suffice to say, I will definitely eat elsewhere beforehand when I return next. Thus the venue as a whole was 4 stars but the experience definitely 5!!!

What a night! We got a little worried entering the mall at 7pm because there was no one else around, but the moment you enter Billboard Live Osaka, you are transported to another place altogether. The whole venue feels magical and electric. Almost like you’re watching the Grammys but like a mini one.
