I am leaving this review to report both an unauthorized charge and serious concerns about the condition of the property. I stayed at a property booked through Airbnb. After my stay, the host submitted a damage claim, which Airbnb reviewed and denied, confirming in writing that I was not responsible and would not be charged. Despite that, this hotel still charged my credit card $175 without my authorization on the same day the claim was denied. In addition, my experience at the property itself was very poor. This appears to be a hotel operated by Airbnb hosts, with little to no on-site service or support. There was no meaningful assistance available during my stay. The bathrooms were shared and, in my experience, were not kept to an acceptable standard of cleanliness, with strong odors present. When checking out, I removed the bedding and was concerned by the condition of what I had been sleeping on underneath. The host later attempted to claim I caused damage, which I strongly dispute. I left on time, returned the keys, and no issues were reported during my stay. The charge only appeared after the host’s claim was denied, which raises serious concerns about how my payment information was used. I have documentation from Airbnb confirming I was not responsible, along with proof of the charge. I am currently disputing this and requesting a full refund. I would strongly encourage others to review conditions carefully and monitor any charges closely.

The service is extremely bad, took my deposit in cash and never gave it back and didnt inform that in order to get it back in cash it cant be during holidays or weekends. We arent even living in the US and were informed that they will transfer the deposit by paypal or any type of way to get the transfer: eliza the manager in charge of our bedroom has blocked my number seeveral times and ignores the calls and messages several times and keeps trying to push the situation to the next day and doesnt want to deal with it and now is blaming it on me and if i want the deposit to come get it in person while i dont even live in the US!

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Seriously, this place feels illegal — I don’t understand how it’s still operating. It’s been two months and they still haven’t returned my $175 deposit, despite saying it would take 4–5 days. I had to leave and book another hotel the same night. I paid for a room with a private bathroom and toilet but was given one with shared facilities. The heater was also leaking water and extremely noisy, making the room unsafe and unusable. Management was extremely unprofessional and refused a refund, even after I raised the issue in person and by phone and email. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience. The rooms are extremely small, with almost no space at all. The room had a horrible smell that would not go away, not even after ventilating for hours. They did not provide the exact address of the building, and we had serious problems finding the place. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is only one bathroom for the entire floor, with two showers and one toilet, which is completely unacceptable. There is no free Wi-Fi; they charge per day. You cannot store your luggage for free — they charge extra for everything. The staff is unable to clearly explain what services or facilities they actually offer. This place is not suitable for more than two nights, if that. They do not take out the trash, and overall the experience was chaotic and poorly managed. I will never come back. The days we stayed there with my family were an absolute nightmare.

The location is perfect, the room was very clean, the reception staff were kind, and the room was very good and quiet. My deposit was returned on the same day, and Eliza was extremely kind to me.
