Review on Tea at Baccarat Hotel Skyler was able to seat for tea after we had a misunderstanding (our fault) with our reservation. He was so thoughtful and pleasant in helping us out. Our server Karma was patient and lovely answering all our questions about the chefs choices. The vibe is cool and beautiful. The staff amazing. The food wonderful!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Baccarat following a brief stop in NYC after returning from Paris. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and attentive care.A special thank-you to Shawn at check-in—his charismatic and gracious demeanor set the perfect tone for my visit. The service throughout my stay was flawless—attentive, thoughtful, and always accompanied by a sincere smile from every member of the team. My room was beautifully appointed, capturing that signature Parisian elegance, and every detail felt effortless and refined. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but honestly, it was hard to leave the comfort and beauty of the hotel itself. Breakfast fromroom service was perfection, and the restaurant and bar alone are worth a visit. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Many thanks to Shawn, Sharia, Babou, and the entire team for making my New York stay so special. I truly can’t wait to return!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Baccarat Hotel New York for a birthday trip for our 1-year-old. From the moment we arrived, the service felt genuinely warm and thoughtful — not just surface-level hospitality. A special thank you to the doormen, especially Calvin, along with another gentleman with glasses whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. They made us feel so welcome every single time we came and went, and were incredibly kind and attentive with our little one. Housekeeping was also exceptional and clearly paid attention to every detail throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, and the bar was one of our favorite parts — such a beautiful space with amazing cocktails. This trip felt truly special because of the people working there. We can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and when I was planning my New York trip, I was so excited to book it and it did not disappoint. Used Amex fine hotels to book the hotel, highly recommend it. The hotel is prettier than in the pictures. Exceptional customer service, everyone is so nice and accommodating. We were able to get an upgrade on our room and couldn’t have been happier. All the china in the hotel is baccarat so you get the whole experience. Frequent traveler hack: book it ahead of time to get the best price and use their website vs Expedia.

The entire team has been wonderful —from Kelvin always welcoming and greeting us to the front desk it has been impressive all around. Cleaning staff super professional on the 9th floor meeting us daily with kindness and the dining service was impeccable. Look forward to staying again!
