We had an amazing experience here! The hotel is beautiful...modern, clean and well-designed! Great spaces within and around the entire property. Rooftop views, conference rooms for remote work on the go, great food in their diner as well as delicious high-end coffee. The service was beyond expectations...I have never been so well taken care of in a hotel...especially in NYC. Kyara went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms, gave us great recos on local food and made us feel like we were at home. Can't wait to go back!

Can’t fault this hotel. We had the most amazing stay. The woman on reception Lilly who checked us in was great and gave us a room with the most amazing view. Really made our trip. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that but the bodega coffee is good and really handy for the morning.

After searching for weeks to find a hotel that was nice and budget friendly, we finally landed on Arlo NoMad, and I'm so thankful that we did! Check in was quite easy and we were able to settle in quickly. The rooms arent as big as we are use to but it New York-- there's really no such thing as big rooms in a city that has to maximize as much space as possible. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! Everything that wanted to do was either 20 min walk or a quick subway ride which was not bad at all. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to the big apple!

I had an incredible check-in experience at Arlo NoMad thanks to Lilly, who was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The staff overall were kind, professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. Initially, I felt disappointed because I was celebrating my birthday and, given the price of my stay, I expected a few more thoughtful touches or added value. However, after sharing my feedback, management reached out to me personally and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Mr. Monti was extremely kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about my experience. He listened, apologized, and made things right with genuine care. That level of customer service says a lot about a hotel. Because of how professionally this was handled, I would absolutely consider staying again.

Loved my stay at Arlo NoMad. The location is excellent, with easy access to great restaurants, Penn Station, Grand Central, Madison Square Garden, Madison Square Park, and both the east and west sides of Manhattan. It is a perfect home base for getting around the city. What stood out most was the team. No matter the time of day, everyone was welcoming, helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. I was in town during a difficult time, and they truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well designed, with hip, playful spaces and convenient co-working areas if you need them. The rooms are not big, but they are very efficient and functional, with comfortable beds, good products, great towels, no carpet, and windows that open a bit, which I always love in New York. Also a plus is to book on a higher floor or the corner with the double floor to ceiling windows. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to go to the roof bar because it was closed as it is still winter in New York. But next time when I return in early June I will stay at the Arlo again. Nomad Diner in the hotel is a great bonus and serves food all day. Breakfast was very good, the matcha was delicious, and I also enjoyed a great drink at the bar one evening. I would absolutely recommend Arlo NoMad and would happily stay there again.
