A hotel where humanity, emotion, warmth, and genuine hospitality are not merely promised, but unmistakably lived. Through my profession I have traveled extensively across this beautiful world, and truthfully, part of me hesitates to share this recommendation - some places feel too special to surrender to the crowds. Yet experiences of this caliber deserve to be encountered, and perhaps even set the standard others may aspire to. A bar that offers the rare luxury of choice - a place to sit, to work, to unwind, or simply to dream. A team devoted to fulfilling every wish with effortless grace. And a view that is nothing short of breathtaking - inspiring, energizing, and quietly unforgettable. My sincere gratitude for this exceptional experience and for the support throughout my stay. At arrival, Camila kindly helped our check-in. (She was the best!) We stayed for 4 nights last week from Monday to Friday, and missed seeing her for 2 days while she might be off. (Sad not to say bye to her while checking out.) We were very impressed and grateful as she even showed our room in person. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful view! Thank you, Camila! Your recommendation of Pizzeria Salvo was also the best. 😊 Every morning, Oleksandr greeted us at the breakfast restaurant with big smiles. 😊(thanks for writing down your name in the card.) We missed you, Oleksandr, during our last breakfast and didn’t have a chance to say bye. Wish you all the best. We will miss you all…💗
The best hotel I ever stayed at. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Amazing shower, plenty of space. Everyone in the hotel was genuinely kind and friendly and eager to help. The hotel breakfast was unbelievable. Very fresh and plenty of options. The location was a little walk from everything at least 20 minutes of walk, but the view made up for it. The public transportation was near by and was easy to figure it out. The hotel is on a busy street with a lot of car traffic even at night.
A Refined Gem in Naples Our stay at the De Bonart Napoli also referred to as the Britanique was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the elegant design and thoughtful attention to detail made it clear we were in a very special place. The style of the hotel blends classic Neapolitan sophistication with modern comfort, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. The staff deserves special mention — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their professionalism, fluent English, and genuine hospitality made every interaction effortless and enjoyable. It truly felt like they took pride in delivering a world-class guest experience. The amenities are outstanding. The gym is first-class, pristine, and well-equipped — a rarity in many hotels — and the private spa experience is a must. It’s the perfect way to unwind after exploring the vibrant streets of Naples. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented, made even better by the panoramic views overlooking the city and the Bay of Naples. It was the ideal way to start the day. We also enjoyed afternoon drinks on the terrace, where the views of the bay are simply to die for — absolutely unforgettable. Although we didn’t have the chance to try their new restaurant, it looked spectacular. Based on the rest of our stay, we have no doubt it will be a tremendous success. A truly memorable experience — we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for style, comfort, and warm hospitality in the heart of Naples.
