Great experience! The views are amazing in this tri-leveled restaurant. We waited a little when we checked in and then we were brought down to a lounge area where they took our drink orders. Then we were brought to our table downstairs. We had a nice table and the servers and staff including Nuncia and Vincenzo, the sommelier, and Antonio were all wonderful. We even got a nice anniversary treat! Food was exceptional and we would recommend this wonderful place!

We joined for a family dinner at Palazzo Petrucci where we had in advance been confirmed we could order à la carte. When we arrived this was not possible, and it’s an expensive menu. Nevertheless, we ordered the menu which we could not order the tasting menu for 1 person, just if it was for all of us. So we ordered separate menu’s. I found the pasta a bit disappointing tasting but the presentation was beautiful The waiters were very lovely and had good service, and the wine was excellent. But our night was a bit ruined with a 18th birthday party hired upstairs and started blasting really loud music, which resulted in us not being able to hear each other properly. Also I wasn’t a big fan of the so called views

Food: not worth 1 Michelin star! Service: lack empathy, pretentious Atmosphere: not chic, just kitsch I mentioned both in my online reservation and to the waiter when he took our order about my allergy to peppers... And my first plate came with a big green pepper!! On top of that, they charged four glasses of wine instead of three, a menu at 120 euros instead of the menu of 100 euros we took, and a dessert we never ordered! In total about 50 euros of errors in the bill: nice try! Be careful with your bill!! On top of that #2, we had to wait more than 2 hours to get a taxi back to our hotel. Yes, it was a Saturday evening. However, I bet that they knew better than foreign people how difficult it is to get a taxy in that area on Saturday evenings; they could easily prevent us from that and we could have drove to the restaurant with our car instead of taking a taxi! They spoiled our dinner and part of our vacation. It's a trap, to say the least. I definitely do not recommend it

What a wonderful evening celebrating a birthday at this excellent venue. Especially the mindful, considerate service stood out and we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. The food was great, although on the rather salty side. Pricewise on the expensive side, but worth every euro. Would come back and recommend.

Top food, service couldn’t keep up with the pace of the kitchen. Very nice views, good atmosphere
