Three drinks in one! Yes please! The local products used in each Negroni variation result in very different drinks with one thing in common ‘deliciousness’. The Carousel was so cute I was almost satisfied with one purchase (close) but I love cocktails too much. We rocked up at opening time and had the place to ourselves for a short period. The staff are very helpful and as a bonus my request for a fernet con coca was accepted gladly even though they have many wondrous and exciting drinks to try. GF had a mango/mezcal/tagine spices creation that was also well balanced fruity AND savoury AND spicy all at the same time. A definite achievement. The back bar has a grand selection, especially of rum , that I wish was at my local watering hole! I see you Habitation Velier.
It is a very unique bar that feels like a speakeasy. The ambiance makes you forget you’re in Italy and transports you into the 20’s. The attention to detail with the decor is great. The cocktails were phenomenal. You can tell they care about their craft. I didn’t have many expectations from the banana split, but it really tasted like a banana split (all the good parts). I also had the bergamot collins and it was very, very balanced and refreshing. We didn’t have a reservation. We went right when they opened and we were able to get a table.
The drinks, staff and ambiance were incredible! Loved the cocktails, unique and delicious. My wife asked for something off the menu based on traditional drinks she normally has and they nailed it! Definitely check out L'antiquario!
This cocktail bar (along with the Roosevelt Room in Austin Texas) is one of my favorite bars now. The vibe , the service, and most importantly the flavors of the drinks were to be dreamed about after my trip to Italy. I was able to have four drinks shared with my husband and they were all phenomenal. The olives they give for free tastes amazing as well.
Truly different. The drinks are excellent, authentic, and not fake at all. They really know what they’re doing. Definitely recommended.
