The staff was wonderful! Very welcoming and polite. The room was ok, small but clean. What I found most disappointing was that the view that doubled my room cost was obstructed by a metal shutter when I got back from dinner and remained there the rest of my stay. I could have seen the same view from the rooftop bar... Very disappointing.

If you can only splurge one time in your life, I would recommend coming here. The rooms are elegant, the service is flawless, and the views from the roof top bar are stunning. Elegante Eccellenza!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, but what made our time there most enjoyable was the kind and professional staff - on all levels. A special thanks to Claudio for letting us check in a bit early - after our almost 24 hour journey to Naples. We know it is not always possible - very much appreciated!!

Everything is great to this gem hotel!! We had problem with the electricity and they immediately upgraded us to 5th floor with a sea view!!We had the most exited view. Breakfast is very nice and cleanliness is twice a day

Nice hotel. AC did not work. Maintenance came up and said our key was no good. Go to desk and they say the keys were working, but they made a third key. Back to room, no AC. We called front desk and they said it was turned off for the Winter. Different maintenance guy shows up and says he will turn it on downstairs. Still no AC. They gave us a fan and we left the balcony door open all night. You might think at 40 at night and 60 during the day, you don't need AC. It was about 80 in our room because the sun baked the room from sun up to down. The balcony had a really nice storm shutter that kept the sun out. We would close it when we left the room and the staff would open and the black out blinds every time they cleaned the room. We asked for them to leave it open to no avail. 5 stars if they AC worked.
