Great location, very close to public transport and the city center. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good budget option for travelers visiting Naples. I would stay here again
I got the impression the staff is kind and competent, but the interior and vibe could improve a lot with some small adjustments.. I just didn’t see any love for the place. It’s just some rooms filled with stuff doing its job. That’s fine if you just need a bit of sleep for a night, but considering the design is so super open, interior is run down, and people just turning on lights and talking loudly inside the rooms, it’s difficult feel safe and enjoy your sleep.
A true gem of Napoli 🌋💜🇮🇹 The energy at this hostel is unmatched to any experience I've had since in being Italy. The volunteers are so lovely, kind and helpful. Felt very safe here as a solo female travler. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the kitchen and lounge space was so warm and inviting. I will cherish the time spent with the new friends I made in this space for a lifetime. It felt like home. Can't wait to return to this little castle.
The hostel was really nice, an old Spanish building.. the best things were the people working there who were super helpful and friendly, the breakfast and best, the single beds, which are super hard to find in European hostels. It's a 3min walk from Toledo metro and very central, with cool wine bars and pizza places around the corner. Try an espresso on the go in the local cafes!!
Super kind and welcoming staff that helped us create an itinerary for our stay! location was walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. We liked the bed situation (no bunk beds), the free breakfast (pastries), and we never had to fight for a bathroom.
