We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at the Italian restaurant, and the entire experience was a solid 10/10. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. A special thank you to Martha and Japheth, who took exceptional care of us and ensured we were comfortable the entire time we were dining. The ambience is beautiful,I especially loved the lush plants and lovely flowers. As for the food, I had the steak, and it was incredibly juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend dining here and absolutely look forward to coming back again!
The staff is so lovely and the service was superb. Anne welcomed us and gave us great recommendations and feel right at home. All the staff with her at reception, the ladies who greeted us every morning at breakfast, even the security, was always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was incredible. I really hope to be back again.
Amazing amazing experience. Worth all the cost. Rose Ombigi was just amazing through out the conference days. She's not just doing her job, she's creating memorable experience. Highly recommend. Only thing I didn't like but hope they can get better. Was a good experience

It's Ramadan and I'm in Nairobi. I came to try the Iftar Buffet here and it was very good. Food was good, with a large variety. The atmosphere of the place is also warm and nice. Mercy Mutheu, our Server, was kind, friendly and professional. I recommend this lovely restaurant.
