We stayed at the Tribe Hotel for 1 night before departing Nairobi. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. I was celebrating my birthday the day we checked in and the team very kindly gave us a room upgrade and organised a cake and decorations for the room! The hotel staff were very professional and friendly shout out to Eric and Reagan who we interacted with a few times during our stay. The hotel is located next to the Village shopping mall so is good for tourists to venture out of the hotel safely. Would highly recommend The Tribe Hotel!
One of the best in the town! I visited this place on my trip to Nairobi to attend a function! All the arrangements were fantastic. Food and service was top notch! Staff is very humble and courteous. Hygiene is their priority as seen in washrooms and kitchen/restaurant areas! Gym is good…. All n all great place….
Room was fair. The water came out a bit yellow in the tub so im not sure what was going on with that. Customer service was pretty good and breakfast was nice. The layout in the common areas and the breakfast areas were really nice. You can sit outdoors and have breakfast.
