Visited for their Sunday brunch. The location is abit out of the city, about 30 to 45 min by car from the CBD. Everything was a 10/10, food, service, ambience, music 👌🏽 Bottomless prosecco was included in the brunch price, 8500 kes per adult. Any other drink was exclusive. Definitely worth the price, highly recommend.
Amazing hotel with superb quality throughout our stay. Butler Rose deserves a special shout-out for making us feel so welcome and for helping organise our itinerary. Other memorable members of staff were the managers, Evelyn and Longa, who went out of their way to make sure my partner and I were comfortable throughout our stay. Being picked up by the hotel shuttle immediately set the scene for what was to come. Check-in was seamless, the room was immaculate, the food was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing. What stood out most was how inclusive and welcoming the atmosphere felt. My partner and I genuinely found a home away from home here. We will definitely be returning, especially to experience one of their tour packages. Highly recommended.
We spent 2 nights here before safari. Beautiful grounds and room. The le petite chef dinner was so fun and whimsical and the chef did a great job. The cons…we had high tea and got our tea food 40 minutes after we sat and our tea after we finished the food-kind of bummed and not worth the cost. Found hairs in our bathroom. Could barely eat the dinner at the brasserie-ordered a medium steak and it was just charred and way too rare and tough. I wouldn’t come back unfortunately.
A very good evening to you ,I am soo excited to have had my graduation dinner at your hotel.The services are soo wonderful,the food was verrryy delicious and filling and the table arragement was so decent and neat. I had a lovely experience and felt the warmth of Christmas due to the Christmas decor.The environment is also calm. Special thanks to our waiter of the day Kyalo Gibson,,he's such a kind and courteous person and I highly recommend him.

He made us feel genuinely valued and extremely grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout. His passion and professionalism really elevated the whole experience. The venue, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent, with everything running smoothly and efficiently. We felt very appreciative of the care and effort put into every aspect of our visit, and we would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality experience with exceptional service.
