We Visited Carnivore Nairobi and opted for the à la carte menu instead of the traditional Beast of a Feast. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was well prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every dish. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. Service was prompt without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service in Nairobi.

Had heard a LOT about this place, was a great experience overall! The restaurant does have à la carte, but they recommend you have their famous buffet for the "full experience". All the meats served are grilled in their big coal pit. When I visited, they had ox balls (testicles), crocodile and ostrich meatballs as the exotic meats on the menu that day. And then they had the usual meats as well ie chicken, pork, beef, lamb. They have this swerve wheel sort of a sauce plate which also has salads served on it. They tell you what sauce goes with what meat and the pairings are actually really nice. The buffet finishes with a dessert, there was four to pick from. Any drinks, alcoholic or not are charged extra. My Uber guy joked you need to not eat two meals before going to Carnivore if you want to fully maximise your visit 😂 and that's true to an extent, I sampled tiny portions of all the meats and I was already too full! Couldn't get a second serving of anything! There was at least 8 to 10 types of meats in the buffet! Overall a great and a very unique experience especially if you're in Nairobi as a tourist and love eating new foods.

First time here and I loved it! This was part of our package to the National park - our guide recommended it (and so did a local friend) and it's absolutely worth it. The food is non stop - meat lovers will truly enjoy the variety (I tried many items for the first time). Service was exceptional! No complaints and I highly recommend it - hope to be back :)

If you visit Nairobi you have to visit Carnivore Restaurant. The Beast of a Feast is the headliner of the menu. A generous selection of local meats, including but not limited to leg of lamb, lamb chops, ostrich, crocodile, and bull balls! Served with soup, salad & sauces, & dessert. You'll be sure to want to go back to this place with its beautiful gardens and 3 other themed dining rooms and a disco. Very reasonably priced at about $35/person for the Beast of a Feast.

Definitely a place to visit if you’re adventurous for all types of BBQ meat (including some wild meat and cuts). My favourite was their lamb. Lovely and lively entertainment from the Dawa (drinks doctor).
