We had a truly outstanding dining experience. The food was exceptional, and the service was even better. Our server, Tashmeer, was incredibly helpful, and genuinely passionate about guiding us through the menu with great professionalism and kindness. ❤️ The recommended appetizer selection was excellent, and the camel biryani was absolutely phenomenal. The scented ice cream and halva pastry were the perfect sweet finish. Thank you, Tashmeer, and thank you to the entire Ubhar team for a memorable evening. ✨

I’ve been here twice during my stay in Muscat - once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We didn’t make a reservation. Food recommendations: - If you want to taste a variety of dishes, go for the Ubhar Fuwala. - The chicken skewers were super tender. - If you want to try something new but very Omani, order the frankincense ice cream - something I haven’t seen anywhere else. - Start with one of the soups. - Drink lemon mint juice.

Delicious food, classy atmosphere. We've had grilled prawns and makbous fish, fresh and tender. Highly recommend!

If you want some local Omani food that is close to the opera house, look no further. This place was recommended to us by a local! Ubhar has a great selection of local food and their service is quick! We ordered hummus, kefta and biryani. The biryani was awesome, it was very different from an Indian biryani leaning more aromatic and definitely less spicy than Indian biryani.

Recommended by W Muscat, it’s a nice restaurant but touristy. I will prefer to dine at Roznan but it was fully booked. Food is nice but lacks the ambience and more like a casual dining. The favours is a bit lacking. Order a chicken, shuwa, camel and a platter for appetisers. Service is good as per Omani hospitality. Price is average.
