Our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The Omani reception team and drivers were exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The only drawback was that the Half Board lunch and dinner menu remained the same throughout our stay, which may be limiting for longer visits. However, the staff were very accommodating and offered alternatives when requested. One additional suggestion would be to extend the swimming pool operating hours. We were surprised that the pool closed at 6:00 PM, which felt quite early, especially for guests who spend the day exploring and prefer to relax by the pool in the evening. Longer opening hours would greatly enhance the guest experience. Special thanks to Rimple for the exceptional service, kindness, and genuine care. We felt truly welcomed and look forward to returning.

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our overall experience at the hotel. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a high standard of comfort and service. The staff was consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, although we felt that the overall flavor could be slightly improved to better match the hotel’s level of excellence. We would also like to sincerely thank the concierge team, especially one of the Les Clefs d’Or concierges (holding two keys), who provided exceptional attention and ensured we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here September 2025. Staff were excellent. Room was nice overlooking the pool/ beach clean & well maintained. Pool was nice. Gym was really good & had a sauna/steam decent showers. Overall a great stay. One night to Turkish House Restaurant for dinner nearby recommendation via the big guy at the front desk it was excellent! Taxi to and from the airport did t take long and not expensive.

I would like to share my experience at the hotel with complete honesty and objectivity. First of all, the hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety of options. The quality of the food and the level of cleanliness are outstanding. Most of the staff are professional and provide guests with an exceptional experience. The swimming pool is wonderful, clean, and enjoyable for families and children, and the security team is highly attentive and committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. I would like to highly commend one of your outstanding employees, (Remple). He is extremely polite, professional, respectful, and treats tourists and visitors with the highest level of professionalism. He is intelligent in the way he interacts with people, patient, and highly capable of handling situations with calmness and professionalism. Honestly, if I owned a hospitality business, I would place him in a managerial position because of his leadership qualities and his ability to represent the hotel in the best possible way. I would also like to recognize two other employees, (Simon) and (Dennis). They were exceptionally courteous, friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. They treated guests with kindness and respect, were always willing to assist whenever needed, and their positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction left a very positive impression on me. They contributed significantly to making my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to mention that the food menu remains largely the same every day and does not change noticeably. When a guest stays for an entire week, they naturally expect greater variety in food options and a more elevated dining and hospitality experience. Thank you, and I hope these comments will be taken into consideration in order to maintain the hotel's excellent reputation and high standards. I would also like to bring to your attention that there are some employees who do not seem to give their work the importance it deserves and do not know how to interact with tourists and visitors in a respectful and welcoming manner, which may discourage guests from returning to the hotel in the future. There is one employee working in the restaurant whose name I prefer not to mention. Unfortunately, her behavior toward guests was very disappointing. She spoke in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, raised her voice, and lacked proper communication and customer service skills. She also made guests feel as though they were being questioned or suspected of being in the restaurant without authorization, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. This morning, in front of guests, she took a number of forks and knives and threw them onto a table with a loud and disturbing noise. Such behavior is unprofessional and creates a negative impression of the hotel. Therefore, I sincerely hope that management will review the selection, training, and supervision of staff members who represent the image of this establishment. Kind regards,

We just got back from Chedi after a 9 day stay, it has to be one of the best experiences we have had. The service was impeccable, couldn’t have asked for a better time, we are already making plans for our next visit. A huge shoutout to Deepak Sharma and his team including Rimple, Sahil, Nitin, Kevin, Pandiya (pool side), Akilesh, Sonia, Baia, Anton, and Shady. I can’t remember all the names but every single staff member made a memorable experience, they all truly take care of all their guests . Sohal Family. 😊
