Had a very pleasant stay during my vacation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed spending some time at the rooftop pool. Although it is modest in size, it was clean, relaxing, and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the biggest advantages for me was the ample basement parking. Since I drove from Dubai, having sufficient and convenient parking made the stay much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience with good facilities and a comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff, useful small shop on the ground floor with snacks and drinks. In room dining unfortunately stops very early which is disappointing. Room gets one less star due to shower/bath combination rather than walk in shower. Otherwise you can see my video and understand that the room is a good size. I would consider staying again when back in Muscat.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Hilton Garden Inn for their excellent service. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its central location, making it very convenient to reach everywhere in the city. Unlike many hotels where I experienced VPN and international call issues, the internet connection here was excellent, and I was able to make international calls without any problems. The air conditioning and ventilation system in the room was also outstanding. Despite the extreme heat outside, the room stayed comfortable all night without feeling dry or stuffy, and I woke up feeling refreshed. The breakfast was very good, and the entire team was kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank Sanduni from housekeeping for her warm attitude and excellent care, which made me feel at home during my stay. The only small issue was that the sink drainage was a bit slow, which seems to be common in Oman. I truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely stay at Hilton Garden Inn again.

Wonderful location, great food, amazing cleaning staff and rooms, and overall decent staff. Would like to give a special thank you to Nabeel, Alam, Moe, Mohammed, Ayaan, Gabriel, Makuto and Majeed - they were all kind and provided exceptional service. Special thank you to Alam who checked in with us everyday and Makuto who greeted us every morning and suggested places for us to visit. We did however find Nasirah and Israa to be both very rude and unhelpful during four occasions when we interacted with them. The location is nice near malls and other attractions. However, I would advise not to use the hotel taxi. They are very costly compared to Otaxi. Highly recommend everyone download the Otaxi app. Do not order from the hotel, walk down to the road, and request an Otaxi it will be 1 rial compared to the hotel charging almost 8 rial for the same trip. Food was great. We enjoyed the variety of food and the kindness of the chefs and staff. Thank you to the cleaning staff. Rooms were always cleaned nicely. Whenever we requested things they came quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
