I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Muscat for a week and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel offers a beautiful setting with a consistently relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The restaurant served good food with a great variety, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One of the highlights was the beach in the mornings during low tide, absolutely beautiful and peaceful, perfect for walks and quiet moments by the sea. I also had a massage during my stay, and the therapist Bangon/Nina was exceptional, she was very skilled, professional, and made the experience incredibly relaxing. A big thank you to Najiya and Rizwan at the front desk, and Stephen from the pool area, for their exceptional care and hospitality. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.
This was our first time visiting Muscat and we had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the pool areas were very relaxing, and it was great to have a section of the beach specifically for the hotel. We ate dinner at the Edge restaurant, the service was fantastic and the food delicious. The sunset views were amazing! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Bhavesh, Monir, and Santhosh were great during breakfast, and Jamila on the front desk was especially helpful in arranging a late check out for us.
I had a wonderful stay in Crowne hotel. South American buffet dinner was divine. Super tasty dishes, gorgeous setup by the pool and friendly service. Breakfast was very tasty too. The hotel outside area was lovely, stairs to the beach and loungers available throughout. Great stay
