I had an amazing experience at Char in the W Hotel! The service was outstanding — Thuraiya, Mohammed Al Ajmi, and Mohanad were all incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal and added such a warm, welcoming touch to the evening. Their hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend visiting and asking for them — they truly elevate the dining experience!
I was celebrating my birthday and decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak with some wine. The steak was absolutely full of flavor, but I wasn’t too sure about the wine since the last time I had it was during their tasting. Noticing my hesitation, the waitress, Ms. Rose, kindly asked if I’d like to try it first before committing to the order. That small gesture felt so thoughtful and genuine. But the moment that truly touched my heart was when the team came out together, singing and wishing me a happy birthday. I was too stunned and overwhelmed with joy that I completely forgot to press record!Even without the video, the memory is one I’ll carry with me. Thank you, Char and the whole team for making my birthday so special and unforgettable.
