This hotel is in a fantastic location! Right next to Marienplatz and across the street from a farmers market. Easily walkable to many attractions. There's also plenty of food options in the area and a train station close by. My room was really big. It's the biggest room I stayed at in Europe. It was a true one bedroom with an actual door. Really nice interiors and clean. The mini bar had complimentary drinks and candy. I had the breakfast service during my stay. The breakfast options consisted of a menu of various items, and self service pastries. I tried a traditional German breakfast shown in the photo attached. Interesting change from the usual eggs and bacon. Although the breakfast was good, it was expensive at 39 euros. One more note worth mentioning is this hotel had incredible soundproofing. There was a church bell that rang every hour and I could hardly hear it indoors. I didn't hear my hotel neighbors speak next door or outside in the halls like I normally do in other hotels.
This hotel has become my absolute go-to in Munich—every visit feels like coming home. The staff is genuinely awesome: warm, attentive, professional, and always going the extra mile with personal touches like remembering preferences and great local tips. The central location is unbeatable, putting historic sites, charming streets, shops, cafes, and public transport right at your doorstep for effortless exploring. Rooms are luxurious—spacious, elegantly designed, with top-quality bedding and thoughtful amenities that blend modern comfort with Bavarian charm. Parking is the only minor drawback (tight garage, limited spots, can be pricey), but it works fine and is a small price for everything else this place delivers. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else—5 stars, highly recommended!
The hotel was clean, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive thing we can say. We asked for a late check-out and ended up being charged extra for just 40 additional minutes while trying to leave the room — something that felt extremely unreasonable for a hotel of this level. To make it worse, housekeeping kept knocking on the door every 10 minutes the entire time, making the departure process unnecessarily stressful. The reception experience was also disappointing. Vanessa (if we understood her name correctly, since the staff don’t wear name tags) was extremely unwelcoming and far from hospitable. Overall, the service felt cold and very far from guest-oriented. The only practical advantage was the free parking, although it’s still around a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
Wonderful hotel, centrally located, beautiful design, great room, big clean, with a mini bar that was filled every day free of charge, coffee machine, to sum it up everything was wonderful!!! Definitely recommend, it is like a home away from home. ,And to top it all , at the reception there was a very helpful guy , that I am so sorry I don’t remember his name, who was very outgoing on arrival departure and different tasks that I had. stayed 5 nights.
We celebrated a special event at this venue. Can not begin to explain how thoroughly professional and capable the management and staff are. Thank for being fabulous. We will be back
