Munich 25hrs hotel. Visited June 26. Room on 1st floor Fabulous hotel. Staff are lovely. Great location for transport. Within easy walking distance of the centre. Yummy restaurant on site: “Neni.” And the Boilerman Bar is cool. Great cocktails. Only thing missing is standard alcoholic Weiss bier: take note management in Hamburg!

Nice design, but very weird service of the hotel. For the first time in my life I see a hotel that you cannot use the gym or sauna after check out, they can only give cards that assigned to rooms. Many guests arrive in the evening, and available to use spa only the next day, but you are not allowed. I think this is customer unfriendly. The reseptionists look like they no nothing about I formation, they are not helpful, don't explain all things, only the time for the breakfast. The time that I can use the gym was not explained. The woman at the check out didn't try to help about this information either, just said she cannot give the card. Really I see that for the first time in the hotels and I travel for work ever month. The Breakfast is like 28 euro, but there are very few options of food, like 2 types of bread, 2 types of deserts. I would say it's really overpriced, you can eat cheaper and more outside. The cook was doing a waffle for me and he forgot about it and it burned. He just threw it away and he didn't do the other one. I didnt understand how this works. Did I have you control while the waffle is preparing? Then you need to make a sign about it. The only good thing is a fresh pressed juice you can do yourself. Rooms have nice design, they like to use retro things, that are inconvenient, but it's a matter of taste. Tables to work from are very small, so not good if your are on the business trip. Location is very convenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed my last couple days stay here during my visit on a 10 day Germany trip. This hotel is in a central location and comes with a mix of comfort, art, culture and proximity to local stuff. Their sauna room is a nice perk end of the day to unwind and relax.

Lovely staff, great location right next to tram and underground and lovely decor. Cocktail bar is very reasonably priced and with a great menu. Would definitely recommend. Nice room and very clean.

I stayed here for three nights. It was extremely disappointing. It all began when the staff at reception were not friendly, not inviting and pretty rude and short. Then, I went to my room and found a horrible dark stain on my mattress cover which was visible through the sheet and the shower smelled extremely musty and smelly and the overall room was not clean. I asked to move room which luckily was met with no friction. I was moved to a room that was better, but then to my disappointment the safe did not work. They attempted to fix it but with no success (and making me wait over an hour), claiming that as it was a Sunday and I would need to be without a working safe as there is no one to fix it. After explaining that I refuse to be in a hotel room without a basic amenity like a safe they agreed to move me to a different room. This room was great except for extremely loose shower handles (felt like it could fall out in your hands). The worst part of all though, is when I ordered still water to the room and the worker did not wait for me to open the door (half a second after shouting that I was coming) and proceeded to open the door and enter!! This is extremely alarming and made me feel incredibly unsafe. This is simply unacceptable. I will not be returning. However, I will add that the restaurant in the hotel was great.
