Everything is excellent about this hotel- location, service. Well the rooms are a little small. The bathroom compact, but small. But ok considering the location. House keeping is excellent. Cleanliness top notch. The only reason why I give this a 4 rating is on account of a Sprite that I ordered in room service. The only time I ate in the hotel was for breakfast which was really nice. A sprite was 460 rupees. Ordered this only coz I didn’t feel like stepping out. By any standards that’s pretty out of the world. I should have asked. My mistake. I can understand a 100% mark up. But not a 500% mark up. Like I said, besides this- a nice place.
Location excellent. Right in the center of lot historic sites and good places to eat. We travel with cpap machines and had problems with necessary plug-in. Made things work. At one time I'm sure everything worked perfectly, but because of location I still rated it 5 stars. The rooms, restaurant, hallways and elevators are are clean and well lit.
Nice people and very clean. What they don’t mention anywhere is the night club on the first floor. You’ll hear it. Don’t worry though, it closes at 0115 hrs on weekdays. 😂 The wifi network is terribly slow and unreliable. It’s about as open as they come and there’s a good chance your VPN won’t work here.
I had the suite room on the 4th floor. I've stayed at the Taj and can quite honestly say the Suite I had on the 4th floor was a whole lot better at a fraction of the price. Absolutely fantastic hotel with great service!
We were visiting from the US with 2 young kids. They were very accommodating and gave us a room which did not get any noise from the restaurants below. Our parents visited us at the hotel often and they allowed that as well. Service was quick and they responded positively to everything we needed. The location of the hotel is fantastic and highly recommend
