I stayed in Mumbai for two nights, first time visiting India. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but they were all very funny, cool, and good people. They helped me figure out how to buy a long-distance train ticket for Jabalpur and all-in-all felt like family. They also helped me when I asked for someone to accompany me during day trips for support in navigating southern Mumbai. The breakfast was really good and at good hours too with enough time to eat. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean with flip flops provided for the bathrooms. They also arranged trips for people at the hostel to go out together. For me, it was nicer to be closer to the airport since I was only staying two days, but it was also located to the metro, train, and lots of great street food. Even if I stayed longer, this was still a good location. Not on a main road which is also nice. Highly recommend and will be back again when in Mumbai ☀️😇

Copypasting my review from Airbnb here. Great place, great people, great vibes. Felt right at home. Made a lot of new friends at the designated smoking area especially. Bathrooms were squeaky clean, the bed linens pristine, and most importantly the hostel was a 12-minute Uber ride away from the airport. Easy to get to, hard to leave behind (because of all the memories 🥹) For those wondering, yes, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Zomato, and Swiggy all operate nearby, so for any of your needs you can order online. But also, there's so much at the hostel itself that you need only ask. This place has my whole heart. Can't wait to come back here soon 💖

I had a great stay here! The service was really good and the staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and friendly. They were very accommodating with all my requests and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The place is clean, safe, and has a welcoming vibe. Would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the Mumbai!

Last year, I stayed at Nap Manor, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant and memorable stays of my Mumbai trip. The man at the reception was extremely polite and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. It was my first time staying in a Zostel-style hostel, so I had a lot of questions. As an introverted person, I was worried about everything— How will the bathrooms be? Are the rooms and beds clean? What kind of people stay here? For a trial, I booked just one day through Airbnb, planning to extend if I liked the place. And honestly, that was my biggest mistake—not booking more days in advance. After experiencing the stay, I tried extending, but the hostel was fully booked on the following days. I couldn't find any other place in Mumbai that matched this comfort and vibe. Nap Manor was full of friendly travelers, easy to reach, and had a warm, youthful ambiance. Good food, good people, clean spaces, and lots of books, posters, travel guides, and solo-traveller vibes. I genuinely wish I had stayed longer!
