I recently ordered the Noor Mahal Biryani from Kakori House via Zomato, and I’m quite disappointed with the experience. The quality of the biryani did not meet expectations. The rice grains were not well-separated and felt like a downgraded quality, which significantly affected the overall taste and texture. Additionally, the meatballs were not properly formed—they were crushed and mixed into the rice, which took away from both the presentation and the eating experience. When I contacted the restaurant, I was informed that the cook believed the biryani was prepared correctly and that there was no issue. However, as a customer, I believe my feedback should be acknowledged seriously rather than dismissed. I was offered some form of compensation, but I declined, as the concern is not about compensation—it’s about receiving good quality food, especially when ordering while hungry. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works on improving both food quality and customer response.
Kakori kababs here are very good. Good for all types of kababs. But options are limited. They need to seriously work on the service and ambience part. The pricing is considerably high for such ambience. Food is good though.
the quality and service has completely become sub par wonder whats keeping them afloat
Restaurant will take more orders than they can handle, expect long delays on most days
