Haji Ali Dargah is one of the most peaceful and spiritually uplifting places in Mumbai. Located in the middle of the Arabian Sea, the white marble structure looks stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The walkway connecting the dargah to the mainland creates a unique and memorable experience. The atmosphere inside is calm and divine, attracting visitors from all religions and backgrounds. The beautiful architecture, soothing prayers, and sea breeze together create a truly magical feeling. It is not just a religious site but also an important symbol of faith, unity, and history. The surrounding sea view and the serenity of the place make it a must-visit destination for anyone exploring Mumbai. Visiting Haji Ali Dargah leaves the heart feeling peaceful and refreshed. The sea water level is very less during the peak summer.
Visited Haji Ali Dargah for the first time, and it was a place I had a strong desire to visit for a long time. It truly gives a peaceful feeling when you reach there. Luckily, there was not much crowd during my visit, which made the experience even more calm and enjoyable. The dargah area seems to be under some construction for a new structure, but it did not affect the visit much. Walking on the path surrounded by the Arabian Sea and feeling the evening breeze was a really wonderful moment. The view and atmosphere make it a very special place to visit, especially during evening time. One thing to be aware of is some flower and chaddar vendors outside and along the path may try to force or manipulate visitors into buying things. One person at the entrance tried to tell us to tie a handkerchief on the head saying it was free, but then insisted on buying a chaddar. We did not fall for it, so just be careful and aware. There are also many small shops along the walkway. Overall, it was a memorable and peaceful visit, and definitely a must-visit place in Mumbai.
My first visit to the Haji Ali Dargah was an amazing experience. Located in the middle of the sea, the place is incredibly peaceful and serene. The qawwali music and the overall atmosphere are captivating. Walking on the causeway amidst the sea waves is a unique and thrilling experience. If you're visiting Mumbai, you should definitely come here at least once.
Haji Ali Dargah Walking slowly along the path above the sea, I could already feel the peaceful atmosphere of this place. The white marble walls and the beautiful Islamic architecture looked mysterious even from a distance. Unfortunately, I leave with only close-up photos, without fully seeing the entire beauty of the building. But the ocean breeze, the sound of prayers, and the cloudy Mumbai sky were already enough to make this moment unforgettable. EdwardP.
