Went here for music jam session. The jam session was definitely a great experience but I’ll talk more about the place. The place is done up nicely, it has its own vibes. The setup looks brilliant, music quality is good, the decor, lighting etc brings great feeling. Food quality - excellent, coffee is great. Service- definitely worth improving. Lack of service, ownership, blatantly ignoring clients (not just talk about myself). Service cannot get bad than this, no senior there to even see chaos or resolve the issues. Despite too many people around, no one is really bothered of client. Pretty poor attitude.

We attended a pre lolla event where Hot milk and F16s performed. Perfect place for small gigs like that. They need to improve their audio equipment as the vocals from the performances were not clear. Overall a great experience tho.

Very poor management. They organise event in this small place and invite 200-300 people, I went for Matthew ifield show, staff was pathetic. They had no regard for customers. They charge cover charge of 500 each which is somewhat fine but there is no one available to collect the order. Moreover order takes 1 hour to prepare. People in the bar counter try to manage 10 people at a time and no one gets proper attention. You need to wait 20 minutes just to order. Very bad management.

Attended a Gig. Definitely recommend booking tickets online, especially if a famous artist is performing! High chances the show would be sold out & you might not get tickets at the gate. Good atmosphere, good vibe. Sound & Light system is good.
